Co-ed summer touch rugby has begun in the Comox Valley! We invite everyone to join us at the Lower Lake Trail field (between Lake Trail and Puntledge school) Thursdays at 6:30pm for a run around! Experience isn’t necessary so bring your friends, co-workers, or family and come on down and have some fun!
